Please contact the clinic as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your appointment. Our team can help you with available alternatives and any applicable booking conditions. Please note the booking deposit may be kept if you are within 48 hours of your appointment.
A referral is not generally required to book with Origin Skin. If your concern needs medical assessment or falls outside our scope, we may recommend seeing an appropriate health professional before treatment.
We respond to enquiries as soon as we can during clinic hours. Enquiries received outside opening hours may be answered when the clinic next opens.
