Origin Skin Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to bookings, treatments, purchases and use of the Origin Skin website. By booking or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms and any additional terms disclosed at the time of booking or purchase.

Bookings, deposits & cancellations

A booking deposit may be required to confirm your appointment and will be applied towards the cost of your treatment.

Appointments may be changed or cancelled without forfeiting the deposit when at least 48 business hours' notice is provided. Cancellations or changes within this period, or failure to attend an appointment, will result in the booking deposit being forfeited as a late cancellation or non-attendance fee.

If Origin Skin needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will offer an alternative where reasonably possible. Any payment for a service we are unable to provide will be handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Consultations, suitability & treatment

Treatment suitability is assessed individually. Origin Skin may recommend modifying, postponing or not proceeding with treatment where we consider this appropriate for safety, suitability or professional reasons.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and relevant information that may affect their treatment.

Treatment outcomes vary between individuals and no particular cosmetic result is guaranteed. Please also see our Treatment Disclaimer page.

 

Prices & quotations

Prices may change from time to time. Treatment quotations provided during consultation remain valid for six months, unless amended in writing.

Any additional treatment or change in treatment plan will be discussed before additional charges are incurred.

Payments & refunds

Payment is required for services provided.

Completed or commenced treatments are not refundable for change of mind or dissatisfaction with an individual cosmetic outcome where the service has been supplied as agreed and with due care and skill. Payment reflects the professional service, practitioner time, equipment and resources used in providing treatment and is not conditional on achieving a particular result.

Where packages, prepaid services, promotions or gift vouchers are offered, any additional conditions will be disclosed at the time of purchase.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
